  • Beschrijving: A crook, Kouvis, tries, with the help of an audacious underworld character, Ntimis, to fix a race at the track by blackmailing a jockey, but to no effect. After Kouvis’ murder, Ntimis forces the dead man’s wife, Mara, as well as her lover, Petros, to help him with a new scheme, the robbery of the racetrack itself. They succeed, but Ntimis deceives his partners, and so the other two try to rub him out. Their encounter ends up in the death of Petros, and so Ntimis and Mara head to a luxurious hotel, where they meet up with the notorious card-sharp and old friend of Ntimis, Stefanos, as well as his sexy partner Elina. The latter tries to seduce Ntimis, and Mara is brutally beaten. In order to get revenge, Mara turns them over to the police, but manages to get away herself with the help of Stefanos. On the road, however, Mara tries to steal the loot, and Ntimis kills her. The two men seek refuge at the house of some friends of Stefanos, where Ntimis kills his old friend. In the end, however, he suffers the same fate at the hands of Eirini, a young woman who was pathologically in love with Stefanos.
